The successful completion of the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Namuna Nari Chetana Savings and Credit Cooperative Society (SACCOS) in Bajpokhari, Namobuddha on October 12, 2023. At the AGM, recognition was given to active members through awards, and a new management committee was elected under the leadership of Nanu Ghatani. AGMs are important events where organizations discuss their progress, plans, and key decisions with their members.

Nari Chetna Kendra Nepal, also known as Women’s Awareness Centre Nepal (WACN), was established in 1991 by a group of women interested in improving the socio-economic status and self-development capacity of disadvantaged people, particularly women and children.
