Education and Training
One of the most severe inequalities in society is that of gender, which is greatly compounded by other factors such as wealth, income, rural residence, and ethnic/racial minority status. Gender inequality is clearly supported by a deeply ingrained and pervasive patriarchal ideology that has substantial economic and political consequences. Along with that there are there are many obstacles and hurdles like poverty, lack of resources, scarcity of qualified man power, inconsistency in the policies of various regimes, political instability, inadequate and inadequate well planned education infrastructure, child marriage, unintended pregnancy from early marriage, lack of inclusive and quality learning environments, which are affecting the overall education system of Nepal. Disadvantaged communities in rural areas of Nepal need education, awareness, and skill training to increase their personal income and the financial independence can pave the path for women empowerment.
