Nari Chetana Kendra Nepal (WACN) successfully concluded a 5-day Account Keeping Training for internal auditing of WACN promoted cooperatives. The training took place at the District Cooperatives Kavre training hall from Dec 30, 2023, to Jan 3, 2024. This training aims to empower cooperatives for financial excellence, fostering growth and sustainability. Participants learned about managing accounts, recording finances, and strategies for financial health. Practical sessions and case studies were incorporated, enhancing the participants’ understanding and application of the learned concepts. The training was organized with financial support from Thousand Currents and technical support from National Coop Solutions. There were 24 participants in the program.
